Guide Portal is a web based application designed to provide line supervisors and managers with transparency and access to maintenance status.

Guide Portal enables supervisors to monitor, control and analyze maintenance activities from any remote location or directly from the point of service. Guide Portal assists in predicting work completion, displays task delay alerts and risks based on constant accumulation and processing of tracked maintenance activity as performed on mobile devices at the field.

Guide Portal's configurable display provides information on equipment, procedures, timing, predictions and user details. Guide Portal displays detailed maintenance status information including progress data, alerts, notifications, expected completion times and provides access to issues reported from the field.

The Guide Portal uses Guide GroundControl advanced analysis capabilities and the system’s Intelligence APIs to generate reports and display graphs that assist in detecting anomalies, evaluating performance data and more.

Several prediction algorithms can be selected according to organizational preference. Guide Portal compares actual work progress with the expected progress according to selected prediction method and uses this information to alert and notify potential risks, failure of tasks and completion times.

Guide Portal’s live view displays a clear list of activities with noticeable indications for important status changes. In addition, the Portal displays a list of potential alerts available from almost any screen in the system. Guide Monitor shows various customizable charts and graphs to assist in ongoing work planning and control.

Guide Portal's ability to display an accurate and online picture of the maintenance status information is based on the frequency of data updates from the field. Guide Portal display is updated to the last point in time where accumulated usage data was uploaded from mobile devices to the GroundControl server. Therefore, a real-time live monitoring and control ability is possible in a system configuration where online wireless connection exists between Guide Mobile and the Guide GroundControl servers.
