Moti’s background includes a succession of senior executive positions within the aerospace field including; Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) at the Israeli Aerospace Industries, President of Israeli Aerospace Industries International (IAII), Board member of Galaxy Aerospace Corporation (GAC) and Chairman of the Board of Astra Jet Corporation (IAI’s US owned marketing and support company). Prior to that, Moti's engineering roles included Commercial Aircraft Program Manager and Electro-Optical Systems Department Manager within the Engineering Division of the IAI. Moti graduated with honors with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Israel's Technion.
