IRVINE, CA – February 27, 2008 – InfoTrust Group, Inc., formerly Jouve Aviation Solutions, and Mobideo Aerospace announced today the signing of a landmark partnership agreement. According to the agreement, the Defense Business Unit of InfoTrust Group and Mobideo will provide integration between the InfoTrust Group suite of XML and SGML content management tools and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) with the Mobideo Guide™, a mobile MRO knowledge and monitoring system. This agreement also provides for joint marketing and global support of the combined solution.
The solution merges InfoTrust Group’s SkySuite products for authoring, change management, publishing and delivery of aircraft and weapons systems’ technical data and Mobideo’s Guide™ system designed to deliver up-to-date technical information and work assignments to maintenance personnel at the point of service.

In addition, supervisors are continuously updated regarding work status, service progress, aircraft release and potential mechanical problems - in real-time, empowering mangers with a bird’s eye view of aircraft status and availability, at all times.
The two companies have already successfully demonstrated integration of InfoTrust Group’s SkyView ML and Mobideo’s Guide system. “The integration of these systems provides combat aircraft with unprecedented tools to efficiently and safely maintain aircraft,” stated Godet. “This marks a significant advancement to the world of military aircraft maintenance data.”
