Moti has gained 40 years of experience in a variety of professional and business positions at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). Among them, he served as IAI’s Corp. VP and General Manager of the Commercial Aircraft Group where he led the development and production of IAI’s commercial aircraft.

Before retiring from IAI, Moti was the president of IAI’s US subsidiary (IAII) where he managed and supervised IAI’s military and commercial marketing and business development activities in North America. Moti’s vast experience and deep acquaintance with the aerospace military and commercial community strengthen Mobideo Aerospace’s hold in the international aerospace markets and augments its capabilities to deploy and support its systems at the highest professional manner. Moti has graduated cum laude the Technion in Aeronautical Engineering and received his MSc degree in 1972. He has completed with distinctions the PhD qualifications requirements at UCLA and concluded several post graduate programs in marketing, finance and business administration.
