Menachem brings with him over twenty-five years of experience in the aerospace industry.  Prior to joining Mobideo Aerospace, he worked as an independent consultant for foreign and Israeli Aerospace companies, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) and the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

Previously, he was COO at YB Systems Maintenance.  Before retiring from the IAF in 2002 in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Menachem served for over twenty years in a variety of senior command positions including; Commander of the Maintenance Squadron at Israel's largest Air Force Base (IAFB), Commander of Fixed Wing Aircraft Flights and Commander of Structural Maintenance Flights in various bases. Menachem also served in several engineering positions at the IAF Headquarters.
